Together with London Councils Young People Education and Skills team Mime have successfully bid for funding from the BIS Open Data Breakthrough Fund to develop an online tool to bring skills and labour market intelligence together.
Skills Match will bring skills data and labour market data together to enable policy-makers, practitioners, particularly careers advisers in schools and colleges, and employers to take an intelligence-led, geographically specific approach to addressing youth unemployment in London. This will act as an extension to our existing Intelligent London website, which helps to make open data accessible to policy makers.
We are currently undergoing the process of consulting with experts in the relevant fields to allow them to shape the project into being as useful as possible for everyone involved. If you would like to have an input on the project then please email us on email@example.com – we would be delighted to hear from you!
