Glebe school needed a database to track the performance of their children with Special Educational Needs against their learning framework. We used a pragmatic approach to build a database that met their needs whilst minimising cost to the school. The database was built in Access with a user-friendly data input screen. We then built a front-end in Excel to enable the school to run summary analytics and track progress over time.

Mime has been an excellent partner in developing a new assessment scheme that tracks student holistic development. They listened to our needs carefully and constructed a great database with a series of tools for analysis by combining a number of different software programmes into an easy to use interface. They demonstrated a flexible approach and worked well to our brief.
