Transparency International commissioned Mime to provide a robust approach for processing, interrogating, and visualising their Anti-Corruption benchmark evaluation data. Their benchmark is an industry leading comprehensive self-assessment tool which measures and compares the performance of anti-corruption programmes across companies worldwide.
We worked with them to specify the key requirements to deliver the benchmark analysis along with the visualisations required by participants.
The project involved re-engineering the process for calculating participant data and benchmarking against other companies to allow for more complex scoring. This supports the visually engaging dashboards and reports which are provided to companies to help them understand areas of strength and for improvement.
We have also built a new analysis to compare results year on year which allowed us to create new dashboards showing time series analysis to help companies evidence the impact of self-evaluation.
