Managing outcomes

Education providers need to follow the progress of their children and young people. We build trackers to help you record and monitor individual progress through your organisation and beyond. Our trackers can help you meet your statutory requirements. They also provide a rich source of data for you to improve your education services.

Standard or bespoke trackers

Our suite of trackers include the following:

  • EYFS Tracker – a web-based tool to record and analyse children’s progress through the Early Years Foundation Stage from birth to the end of reception year. It can be used in any Early Years setting
  • SS Tracker – a web-based tool for special schools to monitor the progress of SEN pupils against non-academic milestones
  • Applied Learning Tracker – a web-based tool designed to monitor the progress of students on vocational courses
  • Alternative & Collaborative Tracker – allows you to share information on your students seamlessly and securely with offsite providers and the local authority.

We are experienced in building bespoke trackers to meet your specific needs. This may be to record and monitor specific outcomes or as more detailed case-management tool. Each of our trackers were initially built to a meet a specific unmet need for our clients.

An example of our work with bespoke trackers

Glebe school needed a database to track the performance of their children with Special Educational Needs against their learning framework.

We used a pragmatic approach to build a database that met their needs whilst minimising cost to the school.

Mime has been an excellent partner in developing a new assessment scheme that tracks student holistic development. They listened to our needs carefully and constructed a great database with a series of tools for analysis by combining a number of different software programmes into an easy to use interface. They demonstrated a flexible approach and worked well to our brief.
